SHIMIS YOGA
Shimis is a unique and contemporary yoga concept that blends traditional yoga principles with modern mindfulness techniques. In 'The Box', students can practise dynamic Vinyasa flow in a dark room heated to 26-32°C, where music and neon lights will help their flow, whereas in the ‘Green Room’, participants can practise Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Jivamukti, or Pre/Postnatal yoga. Founded with the vision of providing a serene and inclusive environment, Shimis Yoga combines traditional yoga practices with modern techniques to cater to practitioners of all levels.
KARVE
KARVE Transformer Pilates club has a mission to offer the most effective and efficient workout in a setting that allows for a complete body and mind reset. Each class is 50-minutes long and starts with a warm-up, followed by an intense and thorough full body workout, and finishes with a stretch and a short mindfulness session. KARVE believes that a strong mind is the key to a strong body.
