In the heart of the Avenue, Concrete is a multi-disciplinary space and architectural statement designed by OMA, founded by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Rem Koolhaas.
Concrete isn’t just a building—it’s a monument to creative ambition. Effectually cinematic in scale, Concrete demands to be imagined, reimagined, and transformed again.
Since its launch in 2017, Concrete has hosted world-renowned institutions, leading educational and cultural networks, and iconic luxury brands. It has presented large-scale art exhibitions, intimate private functions, and the visions of iconic luxury brands and cultural institutions.
Concrete, now an iconic building, was the very first project completed by the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) and is also the first building in Dubai to be shortlisted for the prestigious Aga Khan Award for Architecture.
