Peru Over Fire

Gather around the charcoal grill for a live-fire menu of beef anticuchos with corn, beef tenderloin with chimichurri and roasted potatoes, and mushroom anticuchos, all served with a classic Peruvian red anticuchos sauce. Chilled chicha morada completes the experience.

Traditionally served alongside anticuchos, the sauce is at the heart of this collaboration. Together, Roberto and House of Habanero are exploring how this distinctly Peruvian flavour can move beyond a single dish and become a staple sauce for grilled meats and the modern BBQ table.
