Exploring Emotions Through Nature | Maitha & Hessa
Curated by Rashid Almheiri
Part of Alserkal Art Week - November
A journey that combines the gifts of nature through watercolour art.
Discover how the gentle flow of watercolour can help cultivate empathy towards the world around us. Whether it's the tranquillity of the lines found in the leaves, the vibrancy of a blooming flower, these emotions will find their expression on paper.
An interactive open workshop that will be arranged in a ‘hop-on’ station manner, so it’s easily accessible and quick. Participants can familiarise themselves with the materials and steps easily.
This workshop is suitable for kids and families of all ages. No prior experience in art or watercolour painting is required. All that's needed is a willingness to connect with emotions and the natural world in a creative and enjoyable way
