A World Within Worlds

Drawing from lived experience, memory, observation, and imagination, the works create landscapes that are recognisable yet unfamiliar, where natural, built, and imagined spaces intersect. At the heart of the exhibition is a reflection on what constitutes a living space. Beginning with the fundamental necessities of food, clothing, and shelter, the paintings consider how these needs extend into desire, aspiration, consumption, and excess. The resulting pressures of development and expansion transform not only physical environments but also the conditions of life within them.
