Satellite, a multi-use studio and exhibition space established in 2011, offers visitors the unique opportunity to engage with artists before their works are known to the art world. Founded by Rami Farook and James Clar, early pioneers of innovative and experimental art practices, Satellite’s programme encourages artists passing through Dubai to use the space as a satellite studio and gallery while away from home. Over the years, Satellite has hosted pop-up events, solo shows, and curated exhibitions, encouraging experimentation in a new environment and collaboration between artists.
