Advisory Projects - Operations Manager
The Advisory Projects Operations Manager is responsible for successful delivery of prorgammes for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

The Advisory Projects Operations Manager is responsible for successful delivery of prorgammes for the client.

  • Oversee all projects and project managers, streamlining all planning, coordination, execution and budgeting.
  • Manage project teams to ensure efficiency in delivery
  • Oversee planning and logistics for any cultural production projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are in place, and that all elements of the project are running on schedule and delivered in a timely manner
  • Oversee delivery of strong A to Z events management offering.
  • Forecast and manage budgets, payments and prepare and budget reports as required
  • Liaise with and coordinate all contracts and logistics

Required skills + experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in a related field
  • Educated to a Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent and holding relevant professional qualifications.
  • A proven track record in project management and the delivery of projects with budgets exceeding AED 3,000,000
  • A demonstrable understanding of, and commitment to arts and culture within MENA and Internationally

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content campaigns across all business units and projects. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy for all Alserkal platforms, ensuring a cohesive journey from the website to social media, newsletters, and offline touchpoints.

  • Ensure consistent application of the style guide across all communications and assist in implementing the brand’s tone of voice across all subsidiaries.

  • Storyboard and create narratives for brand videos and social media content.

  • Draft and edit corporate communications such as letters, speeches, profiles, and case studies and all press materials, including press releases, interviews, and speeches.

  • Community communications for Alserkal Avenue community members, gathering content, liaising on press and social media, and working with the community relations team to inform them about news, marketing campaigns and initiatives and garner their support.

  • Management of all aspects of press trips, including but not limited to the creation of schedules for press visits, transportation, dining, and liaison with members of press on a press trip, in coordination with the VIP and outreach Manager.

  • Fielding any press enquiries, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure responses are drafted on brand and then approved and shared in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with freelancers and agencies, writing briefs, reviewing proposals, and ensuring contract compliance.

  • Review visitor analytics, make data-driven improvements. Create and share monthly PR reports and analysis with the marketing team and other stakeholders.


Knowledge & Education

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand Alserkal’s digital communications, contributing to audience growth through effective content and campaign management across the website, newsletters, and social media channels, knowing how each digital marketing campaign supports their overarching goals.

  • Set marketing campaigns and create marketing calendars in alignment with the Digital Marketing Manager, aligning key messages and marketing strategies, and social media plans, while managing budgets, as well as ensuring all digital marketing efforts, both online and offline, are delivered on time and meet deadlines.

The Alserkal Advisory Operations Executive will play a key support role in delivering client programmes . This role will work closely across Alserkal central teams as well as the client team to help deliver a robust calendar of programmes, whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality that represent the Alserkal Advisory brand

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in developing and executing an exciting and rigorous multi-disciplinary programming. These are experimental, and innovative interdisciplinary projects that bring together visual arts, music, performance, design, dance, theatre, commissions, public events, and special projects.

  • Support delivery of Client Projects from concept through to execution, including project plans, deadlines and progress reports.

  • Manage project teams to ensure efficiency in delivery

Required skills + experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in a related field

  • Educated to a Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent and holding relevant professional qualifications.

  • Arabic speaker preferred

  • A proven track record in project management and the delivery of projects with budgets exceeding AED 1,000,000

  • A demonstrable understanding of, and commitment to arts and culture within MENA and Internationally

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent budget-keeping and reporting skills

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Work experience in the GCC or wider region desirable

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Ability to develop positive, cooperative relationships across functional boundaries.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work within an ambiguous constantly changing environment

Position type and expected hours of work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, from 10am to 6pm. Saturdays and overtime might be required during intense periods and/or during special projects and events.
