Overview:

Alserkal Avenue is seeking a dynamic Sales Event Manager with a strong background in venue sales and a robust professional network. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Alserkal Avenue as a premier event venue, targeting new and existing clients.

· Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a high conversion rate.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business.

· Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients to showcase venue offerings and unique selling points.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and sales campaigns.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on maximizing revenue and meeting commercial objectives.

· To inform strategic decisions and provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.

· Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional contacts and promote the venue.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

· Minimum of 6 years experience in business development, specifically within the corporate, events or hospitality industry.

· Established a network of contacts in several sectors, MICE, Luxury Real Estate, Finance, Tech

· Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse client groups.

· Proven ability to work independently and drive sales outcomes.
