Alserkal utilises its collective expertise in arts initiatives and cultural production, heritage creation, community building and engagement, as well as urbanism and planning for creative industries, to guide public and private sector entities in developing sustainable and responsive business models.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing the venue operations to ensure exceptional client service and the efficient management of venue resources.

· Help in the sales process for venue spaces, including responding to inquiries, providing tours, and drafting rental agreements.

· Support the Senior Events Manager and Business Development manager in coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

· Managing the event executives schedules and ensuring their deliverables are met

· Collaborate with the marketing team to promote venue spaces and maximize booking opportunities.

· Participate in the creation and implementation of strategic marketing and sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

· Manage client relationships, ensuring all venue clients receive high-quality service that aligns with Alserkal’s standards.

· Assist in overseeing the venue setup and breakdown for events, ensuring compliance with all operational policies and safety regulations.

· Help monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.

· Contribute to budget monitoring and cost control measures related to venue management and sales activities.

· Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and maintaining records of sales and bookings.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

· At least 4 years of experience in event management or venue sales.

· Strong understanding of the dynamics of venue management and sales.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.

· High level of professionalism and commitment to customer service excellence.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams and clients from diverse backgrounds.

Working Conditions:

· General working hours are Sunday through Thursday, 10am to 6pm. Flexibility is required, as weekends and overtime may be necessary during event periods or for special projects.
