Thresholds of Perception explores the balcony as a liminal space between private and public realms, inviting contemplation and connection. Reconstructed at a human scale and clad in aluminum, the installation blends seamlessly with its environment, challenging perceptions of space. It evokes nostalgia, particularly for those raised in the UAE, prompting reflection on personal ties to these urban spaces.
