About Giovanni:

I’m Giovanni Ledon, I’m a chef who’s deeply passionate about photography and videography. As a chef, I’ve always felt the need to capture the true essence of each dish which is what inspired me to learn all aspects of photography. Eventually my love for photography naturally evolved into an interest in videography which I believe has even more power to tantalise viewers’ taste buds.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to hone my skills as a photographer and a videographer while working at The W Dubai - The Palm, where I’ve shot for venues like Akira Back, Sobe and Torno Subito by Massimo Battura. My background as a chef gives me a unique advantage when it comes to composing shots and styling food as I understand the nuances of what makes a dish visually stunning and appetising.
