Mohammad, along with his brothers, Wassim and Omar have travelled far and wide to inspire and be inspired by the delectable world of food, art, travel, and culture. They aspire to enrich the culinary world with creations that are distinctly influenced by their roots and their experiences. Although they have since discovered their own niche in the kitchen, their ever-growing appetite for adventure and baking continues to keep them together.

The unlicensed restaurant’s culinary style defies categorisation, but it has culminated in Orfali Bros Bistro being voted The Best Restaurant in Middle East & North Africa 2023.
