Okeanos

OKEANOS is an an exhibition that is featuring the works of Voldemars Johanons, that showcase samples on the constant stream of images, shared by millions of users of social media platforms online. Within the artwork this pictorial deluge is presented as volumetric universe where colour values interpolate to form a monolithic mass. A spectator is presented with synthetic landscape, rich with yet unseen visual qualities of a blend combined from plethora of still images.
