Cucina del Sul is a content and experiences platform that features the most passionate culinary talent and brings the foodie community together over the love of food and cooking.

Founded by Ola & Tarek Sultani during Covid from the backyard of their villa in Dubai, Cucina’s community has grown to include many of the UAE’s aspiring home cooks, Exec Chefs , food influencers and a strong following of passionate foodies.

Their flagship event, “Camp Cucina” is one of the most anticipated open fire cooking events in the dessert, hosting over 450+ guest, 8 live cooking stations, music performances and tons of cooking talent. They have also organized several other successful pop up food events , such as “Meats & Mountains” with Abu Dhabi Department of Culture, and most recently the Big Backyard BBQ with Alserkal Avenue.

In 2022, they launched the search for Dubai’s best homemade burger, titled “Battle of the Burgers”. Cucina partnered with the World Food Championship, making BoTB an official qualifier event for the WFC. The winner of the competition was awarded a Golden Ticket to compete in the Texas cook off, against 30 of the world best burgers - taking 3rd place overall. And now the winner is opening up his own burger joint.

Cucina’s purpose is to create opportunities for passionate cooks to shine and share their culinary creations with the world.
