Join instructor Anna Moiseieva for a reflective evening in meditation. Being a lifelong learner, Anna loves expanding her knowledge in yoga and body anatomy and incorporating it into her practice. Following the principle that we "don't adjust bodies to fit the practice, but we adjust practice to fit the body," Anna's goal is to teach her students how to work with their unique bodies, taking into consideration and getting to know their own special differences. Anna believes it's important not only to keep your body flexible, but also your mind, exploring and staying open to new experiences.
