Whether you're new to breathwork or a self-appointed breath geek, this workshop is for you. You will not only learn the fundamentals of conscious connected breathwork from the Father of Modern Breathwork, Stanislav Grof, you will also go through your own transformational breathwork journey.

Conscious connected breathing is a self-healing modality that alllows you to access more of your respiratory system and puts your body into an auto-pilot reset mode that helps allieviate any imbalances or diseases.
