Responsibilities:

Oversight of Fitout and Construction Projects:

  • Spearhead the management of all tenant fit-out projects, enhancement works, and shell and core construction initiatives.

  • Monitor project progress diligently, proactively identifying and addressing any potential risks or obstacles.

Stakeholder Engagement and Management:

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Budget and Cost Management:

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in fitout and construction project management within the UAE.
  • Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
  • Thorough understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and approval processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for conceiving of and implementing the marketing and comms plan to support business objectives, alongside overall campaign management, working across social media, the website, and in coordination with the Director of Marketing, digital and design managers. Marketing and campaign management :

  • Responsible for development of marketing campaigns from concept to execution for commercial outreach, b2b positioning and client’ project requirements
  • Oversee paid digital and paid and organic social media campaigns - from concept and brief to setting budgets and objectives, reviewing results delivered by the digital manager and the Advisory marketing executives and tweaking as necessary, and full reporting.

Essential Functions & Objectives

The Events Executive focuses on contributing to the commercial success of Alserkal Avenue through managing commercial accounts looking to host events across Alserkal’s event spaces. This includes supporting the Events and Brand Activation team on addressing commercial space rental inquiries, developing commercial proposals, business development, supporting to deliver partner and Alserkal branded events and sponsorship. Key Responsibilities:

Events Executive | Commercial Clients, Partnerships & Events.

The Events Executive assists in the delivery of a strong schedule of year-round commercial activations with special partners, geared towards increasing Alserkal’s profitability.

  • Support in the development of Alserkal’s events space pipeline.
  • Respond to all incoming event inquiries in a timely manner (via phone call, email or in person).
  • Conduct tours and site visits of Alserkal’s commercial event spaces for potential clients, always ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Support the delivery of a strong A to Z events management offering through booking suppliers, budget management, cash settlements, execution etc.
  • Ensure Alserkal’s brand guidelines are clearly communicated to Alserkal’s clients.
  • Foster existing client relationships for repeat business.
  • Manage all client debriefs, with input from the Events and Sponsorship team to develop and enhance Alserkal’s client experience at all times.

  • Update and upkeep of general proposals and presentations and constant checkups on the website.
  • Create and manage Alserkal’s commercial contracts and any relevant administrative documents for space rental and brand activations.
  • Assist with business development that adds new clients to the Alserkal database and helps build pipelines.
  • Own the schedule for Alserkal’s commercial events calendar by blocking out dates and spaces on the shared AA calendar.
  • Ensure all commercial client leads are logged onto Salesforce/ CRM system, alongside continually managing, updating and populating client database.
  • Archive and organise all contracts, invoices and client information accordingly.
  • Manage and take ownership of gifting ideas, acquirement and budgeting for Special Projects’ team clients/partners.

Owned Events and programmes

Start to support the management of Alserkal Avenue’s annual (outside of QAF) schedule of owned events, to ensure they are successful in the audiences they attract and the reputation that they reinforce of Alserkal Avenue as the region’s primary arts and culture outpost from time to time.

Responsibilities include:

Editorial management

  • Develop and deliver a content strategy for alserkal.online, outlining a clear content journey from website to social media, newsletter and offline touchpoints
  • Editorial management of alserkal.online, including planning the editorial calendar, commissioning work to freelancers, writing articles and managing video and podcast production
  • Ensure content calendar is followed, with deadlines being met consistently
  • Review visitor analytics to alserkal.online, making suggested changes and improvements based on statistics
  • Management of the freelancer roster to ensure diverse forms of expression and a variety of perspectives are delivered
  • Work with the marketing director to ensure that strategic objectives for the marketing team and the organisation are being met through alserkal.online

Corporate Communications Content

  • Work with Marketing Director to develop key messages and message houses for Alserkal and its initiatives as well as key messages for spokespeople as required in collaboration with the Director of Strategy
  • Responsible for corporate communications, including drafting and editing letters, speeches, corporate profiles, case studies and any other writing that may be required from the organisation
  • Work alongside the Director of Marketing and the Head of Brand to storyboard brand videos, documentation and social media content for corporate communications, creating narratives and working with a team to bring the concept to life
  • Maintain boilerplates and biographies, updating content as needed
  • Handle all copywriting of press materials, including but not limited to press releases, interviews, statements and speeches

Digital Content Creation

  • Developing engaging content to build the Alserkal brand and all its initiatives across a variety of communication channels, from social media to newsletters, websites, and any other owned or earned media.
  • Support the Head of Brand & Design in the development of event and brand campaigns.
  • Copy editing and proofreading for all brochures and events programmes.
  • Support the Head of the Brand on the development of signage, wayfinding and visitor experience in terms of copy where required.
  • Creating engaging content to build the brand across digital including text and video content for social media, content for newsletters, and any new channels.
  • Develop copy for presentations or copyediting and proof reading against required, often tight, deadlines.

Team Management
