4 groups of 2 competing blindfolded to guess the name of 10 food items we will be presenting. The aim is to awaken the senses, feel the textures and taste the flavors. We will be conducting a small (10min) closure after the game in a sharing circle form leaving participants with useful insights in regard to awakening, expanding our minds by seeing things from a different perspective/ doing thing more mindfully.

Sara is licensed in MBCT (mindfulness based cognitive therapy) and ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) and will be hosting these mini closure sessions. The game be set up in a way to create a cozy, open & fun environment.

Game Slots will be available every hour throughout the 2 days starting 10am We will also have slots allocated to kids every other 2 hours

Winner - with most guesses - gets the 'Just A Dream" dessert!
